Common Questions

If you’ve implemented other databases before this can seem daunting but… with InnoVint it’s totally different! Most small to mid-size wineries take around two weeks to onboard existing inventory and get value out of the platform. You also have a dedicated Onboarding Specialist to train you and answer any questions you have along the way to make the process even easier.

Getting your InnoVint account set up can be done in as little as 1 day. Soon thereafter you’ll connect with your Onboarding Specialist who will walk you through the account setup process and training.

It’s very likely! We’ve designed our packages to satisfy the value you’re seeking. You can start with a basic package and upgrade as you find yourself wanting more functionality.

Most users find InnoVint to be very intuitive and user-friendly. They learn the basic functionality after just a few hours of use. We have many resources to help you get started and advance your skills over time. Our Support team is available every step of the way to provide assistance. We also host the InnoVint Academy, a live user training program highlighting functionality tutorials and best practice available to all users every month!

InnoVint’s Support Team are experts in all aspects of InnoVint (and experienced winemakers!) and are your go-to for any support questions as you’re using the platform. The Support team curates over 300 how-to guides, FAQs, and training videos for convenient self-service in our Online Support Center. The team is available to assist on weekdays from 8am to 5pm Pacific Time with extended days and hours during harvest season.
