We’re starting in areas where there’s a strong overlap between what AI does well today and where it can deliver clear, practical value for wineries inside of InnoVint.

Intelligent Winery Workflows in InnoVint, Powered by AI
As part of this next phase of InnoVint, we are introducing AI-powered functionality across three key wine production workflows. Together, these workflows represent where we will partner with wineries in 2026 and beyond to apply AI in meaningful ways.
AI Analysis Import
Live for all InnoVint customers
With recent advances in AI, manually entering analysis results is no longer necessary. InnoVint’s AI Analysis Import lets winery teams snap a photo of handwritten notes or lab results and automatically associate that data with inventory in InnoVint. Instead of re-entering numbers by hand, teams can review, confirm, and move on.
We’ve validated the impact of this functionality during this past vintage. Winery teams using InnoVint uploaded hundreds of documents and thousands of analyses, eliminating thousands of manual keystrokes from their day-to-day workflows.
AI Generated Reports
Coming soon
Reviewing key production numbers is routine, but building the right reports can still slow teams down. With AI, wineries will be able to generate reports using plain language through text or voice – even on mobile!
Instead of clicking through filters and views, teams can simply ask for the data they want to see and get answers quickly, whether they are reviewing alcohol levels, checking fermentation progress, or comparing lot VAs.
AI Work Order Creation

Work order creation is a time-consuming but essential part of cellar operations. InnoVint’s AI quickly translates short text or voice instructions into structured work orders inside InnoVint.
This will make it easier and quicker to capture work as it happens on mobile and streamline how teams manage tasks on desktop, helping everyone move faster with fewer steps.
Looking Ahead
This year’s focus is just the beginning. Over time, AI will continue to become a deeper part of InnoVint’s winery operating system as we learn from real-world use and customer feedback.
